Inês has a degree in Microbiology from the Universidade Católica in Portugal and in Theater from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. Since 2016, she has collaborated in event production, having worked in different areas from music, to theatre, to sustainability and well-being.
The theme of well-being fascinated her and even led her to develop a personal practice in the field of energy work. She currently does Aura Reading and Energy Healing. She considers being able to be part of someone’s inner journey a privilege.
Her connection to nature comes from childhood and it is in the middle of the trees or near the sea, on the beach, that she finds her peace.

She is passionate about yoga and has recently completed her yoga teaher training.
