FOREST THERAPY WALK EXPERIENCE

The Forest Therapy Experience is a guided 3 hour mindful and connective walk in nature.

During the walk you will be invited to awaken your senses, slow down, be present, and reconnect to the natural frequency and rhythm of your surroundings.

Inspired in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, that literally means taking in the forest atmosphere with your senses, Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing as it is also known, is proven to restore both balance and health, and provide an outlet for the stresses of modern day life.

By the end of the walk you will feel refreshed, relaxed and connected to the beauty, simplicity and uniqueness of the natural world around you.

1 DAY - SLOW DAY

 The Slow Day is a one day program to support slowing down reconnecting us to nature through Forest Bathing, and introducing restorative self care practices for health and well-being through Clean Eating and Conscious Resting

1 Day – Slow Day

A day to Slow Down, Reconnect to Nature through Forest Therapy, Learn about Clean Eating and Cultivate Self-Care. A day for take care of yourself and to retune to the restorative frequency of nature.

The day will start with a Forest Bathing walk experience that will support the slowing down and enhance our sensory connection to the natural world around us.

Followed by a delicious picnic in the forest and an educational talk with our in-house Health Coach about Clean Eating; guidance on what it means and how we can integrate it according to our bodies needs, and simple recipes to inspire us to get started.

For the afternoon, a session of Embodied Mindfulness with Conscious Resting exercises will support us to learn simple techniques to provide self care to truly rest, restore and replenish our energy levels in both body and mind.

Throughout the day you will learn simple tools to take back home with you; empowering you to continue your own practice of nature connection and self-care; restoring and revitalising both body and mind. You will complete the day feeling renewed and restored.

This is a one on one program designed to support your individual journey of nature connection and slowing down.

The program includes an individual Forest Therapy Walk and from that experience, together we will design a program that meets your intentions and needs. You will be offered ongoing one to one support with easy to follow nature connection practices, embodied mindfulness and breathing exercises that will support your slowing down, stress management and relaxation in a natural setting.
