How we do what we do

Weaving a rich tapestry of experience

Over the past 25 years, through her own journey of healing and transformation, Geeta has gathered
a variety of experiences, practices, and trainings that are carefully and responsibly weaved together
to create the Renature programs.

Forest Therapy

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Therapy is a gentle 3-hour guided experience where you are invited to slow down and reconnect to your senses and through them, to the natural surroundings.

You will guided from your thinking mind to your sensing body and remember what it feels like to be connected to yourself and the world around you.

Forest Therapy is an evidence-based practice that supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Activating the Heart of Teams

The Activating the Heart of Teams program is a HeartMath-certified training that supports the creation of a heart-based culture in your company by igniting the intuitive intelligence of the individuals in your teams.

It improves decision-making, focus, engagement, communication, creativity, innovation, and productivity.

It is a science-based approach that transforms organizational culture resulting in significant improvement in focus and engagement, productivity and innovation, communication and heart connection, and intuitive decision-making.

Embodiment

Embodiment practices bring awareness to the body and the present moment. It is a somatic approach to reestablishing wholeness and health.

They allow us to know ourselves through the language of breath, movement, and sensation. Embodiment allows us to consciously reconnect to the innate resources we carry in our body.

It supports the stabilization of our nervous system.

The Way of Council

The Way of Council is a practice that creates an opportunity for deep listening, bearing witness to all stories, and opens a space for authentic sharing.

The practice of sharing stories in a circle is as ancient as humans have been sitting around a fire. It is the oldest and most effective social technology form.

It supports authentic, heart-centered communication, cultivates relationship and community, and a culture of respect.

     Mentoring

A mentoring process is an opportunity to be guided on your journey, wherever you are right now.

Whether you are seeking support with your practice as a Forest Therapy Guide or in your personal or professional life in general, the mentoring experience will offer practical explorations and deepening inquiry to support building skills, confidence, and resilience in your life.

This is a one-on-one journey that is guided by the journey itself.

     Meditation

Meditation practices are opportunities to bring our awareness to our body and mind. They support relaxation, and stress management to help decrease anxiety and feelings of overwhelm.

Renature offers different styles of meditation that range from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Active Meditations, Breath and Movement and Laughter Yoga.

A regular meditation practice contributes to wellbeing and health of mind and body.

     Clean Eating

Clean eating is about eating organic, locally sourced food that grows in the earth, in a healthy and sustainable environment. It is healthy for body and planet. It is 80% plant-based.

Our physical, mental and emotional health well-being is directly linked to what we eat and drink.

The nutritional content of what we eat determines the composition of our cells, bone marrow, blood, hormones, tissue, organs, skin, and hair. Our bodies are replacing billions of cells every day, using the foods we consume as the source.

     Breathwork

Using the Conscious Connected Breath technique, the Alchemy of Breath process supports the release, healing, and integration of stuck patterns of energy in the body.

By bringing awareness to our breath, we have the ability to release emotions that are stored within the archives of the body offering more space and freedom.

Breathwork offers vitality and health.
