My name is Inês Abreu, and I am the founder of One of Us Kitchen, a food awareness project that believes that the revolution also starts on the plate.

Defender of an organic diet without industrialized sugars, using seasonal foods and avoiding waste as much as possible, she invests in good eating habits and the pleasure of sharing meals.

By learning to carry out a more conscious analysis in every moment of our day, and by being able to apply it on a regular basis, we will transform the world around us through example. We nourish the soul, we nourish the body and consequently, we positively affect those who accompany us on this journey that is life.
