Renature believes in the healing power of nature. Nature in all its forms. Life as we know it today has drawn us away from our natural habitat and our innate connection to nature has been severed.

Recent scientific research strongly suggests that returning to nature and its rhythms supports human beings to self-regulate allowing for the nervous system to find balance and restore.

The 3 pillars of our work are Nature Connection Practices and Forest Therapy as a strategy for Slowing Down; Clean Eating as a way to return to a natural way of nourishment and Embodiment Mindfulness and Conscious Resting as awareness practices to empower us to stay present and take back our power to live a balanced and healthy life.
