Our nervous systems are being constantly overstimulated with never ending threads of notifications left right and center.
There is such an overwhelming amount of everything to be attained and participated in that our bodies are screaming to Slow Down. It is as if we are living at the speed of the internet, faster, faster, faster.
Our unconscious collective validates “doing” and if you are not “doing” and achieving all the time, we are left feeling inadequate, or that we are missing out.
Slowing Down is about taking back our innate rhythm. By slowing down and taking our time we can focus more effectively and make better decisions.
The process of Slowing Down requires courage and awareness.
