I have been thinking long and hard on this forced isolation that we are being driven into and more than ever I feel it in my heart that it is time that we connect to nature and to ourselves.. in my head I toil with… should I guide a walk? is that irresponsible? bringing people together?
Yet my heart longs to be in nature and to do what I love and do best.. support people to slow down.. listen to the sound of the birds.. feel the breeze on the skin.. listen to the forest and to whatever it has for each of us.. find nourishment in the simplicity of being in the moment, with the earth and our fellow companions, beings that live on this planet with us.. the trees.. the plants.. the flowers.. the birds.. the little animals.. and to take time to be with our own hearts.
So I have decided to guide a series of virtual Forest Therapy Walks.
