Beto Martins graduated in 1994 from Faculdade da Cidade and specializing in Typography and Concept Design from SVA – School of Visual Arts – NY. In 1996, Beto created and launched Vizoo Magazine. During the years he was in charge of the magazine’s art direction, he worked for clients such as CCBB, Sony, Universal Music and Globosat, among others. In 2003, Beto founded 6D with five other friends and served as director of planning and creation for 14 years, creating brand and communication strategies for clients such as Oi, Oi Futuro, Petrobras, Technos Group, Rede Globo, Multiplan and Canal GNT, among others.

In October 2008, he was awarded in the G-Forse poster contest organized by UNEP – UN with work on sport and carbon emission. Beto has works published in books such as Latin American Graphic Design, Taschen Logo 1, 2 and 3 and Archive Best Illustrations. In 2013 he published the book Onda Infinita, which features album covers created in over 15 years of partnership with the Dubas Música label. He is an ambassador and member of the Latin Design Committee at the University of Palermo – Buenos Aires and a jury for the ADG (Graphic Design Association) Biennial.
